We take care of the LLC that holds the property and the LLC to which we all belong that manages the property LLC.

- Maximize the cash flow from the property
- File all legal forms regarding our tax entities
- File tax forms
- Provide you with regular and accurate reports and information for your own tax filings
- Guide you as to how and when to take deductions and how depreciation is recorded
- Keep you in the loop while not bombarding you with too much info
